Therabody Motion Reel 2022-23
2022 FIFA WORLD CUP
For the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar, Therabody had three ambassador athletes – Cristiano Ronaldo, Kevin De Bruyne, and Trent Alexander-Arnold – competing on the world's largest stage. A few weeks before the group stages began, I was asked to develop creative that would live in a banner on the Therabody.com homepage. Challenges with this project included no clear creative direction at the start, short timeline, and need for athlete approval on imagery used. After doing some research on what other brands have done for past World Cups – specifically Nike, Adidas, and Puma who are leaders in the soccer realm – we had our look established. Once the final artwork was approved, I was asked to do individual breakouts of each athlete as well as versions of Theragun devices only. A huge surprise from this project was seeing my work up at BOXPARK Wembley in England. I had no idea it would be used on a digital display for fans of the English National Futbol Team to see during the biggest time of the year for the sport.

WHAT MOVES YOU
I worked on the logo lockup and animation for a branded video series aimed at showing what Therabody products can do for a wide variety of people from blue collar workers, long distance runners, car accident survivors, and ranchers. During this process I also created a full font set based on the Therabody logotype to use in the animation.

Coach by Therabody is a digital product that lives within the Therabody app and is the company’s first public facing use of AI. I worked on the logo, branding, and UI for it alongside the Lead Product Designer for implementation within the app for onboarding screens and in marketing materials. We compared many different iterations of AI assistants and developed a look that fit the aesthetic of what we believe consumers are used to seeing when AI is present.
